This year we are proud to present our speaker, Adva Vilchinski, Consul for Public Diplomacy at the Israeli Consulate in New York. As Consul for Public Diplomacy, Adva is responsible for engagement with civil society institutions and leaders across all five states that the Consulate covers: New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Delaware.
